But few houses we ask the clients what type of products they are prefer.

Yes, for few clients and customize a list of products and ask the client to buy for the next clean schedule.

What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on House Cleaning Day?

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your maid team access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for Cedar Cleaning.

Do i have to be home during house cleanings?

Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority trust Cedar Cleaning with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced.

What time does Cedar Cleaning Arrive?

Cedar Cleaning can’t guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, Cedar Cleaning will work with you for a convenient solution.

How Much Does a House Cleaning Service Cost?

Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want our maids to clean, etc.

What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Cleaning?

Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently.
